Alex Pegley
Prior to completing his MBA at the London
Business School, Alex spent 8 years developing international strategic and
commercial expertise whilst progressing through the ranks of the financial
services division of The Olivetti Group.
Alex was then recruited by Oracle Corporation to manage the Oracle
Financing Division in the UK, with a focus and direct responsibility for
the new business start up space, in each case ultimately controlling
company funds in the vicinity of £500k.
Before joining DSG Alex was the COO of E-capital Investments plc, a £20m
proprietary venture fund, where he made a number of investments, including
Expocentric plc which successfully floated in 1991, returning a 60% IRR.
Other investments made include iDefense Inc. (sold to the management in
2002) and Technopuce SA (successfully raised further investment from
strategic partners in 2002). Alex is Chief Executive of DSGVC Limited.
